After suffering many difficult and disabling symptoms over the past two years that my GP and I thought were Vistibular Migraine I felt the need to confirm this and be given a route forward with the condition as im a carer for family members. Prof. Douglas was just who I needed to see, clearly knowledgeable about the condition (but spoke in terms easily understood) and showed empathy for its challenges. I felt confident in his advice and judgement and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I called upon Prof. Douglas's services first in April, he responded very promptly, we had a telephone consultation during which Prof Douglas listened carefully, at all times his manner was calm , polite and supportive. He shared scan results with us very promptly which enabled us to take prompt action under his guidance and direction. I would have no hesitation recommending others who require his services. At all times both Prof Douglas and his secretary Lynda, have been prompt, efficient and organised in dealing with delicate (and urgent) matters

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Douglas. He is warm, patient and highly knowledgeable. He listens to all your concerns, no matter how small, and talks in a language that is easy to understand. I have had great anxieties over neurological complaints, and he has always been efficient, supportive and kind, a latter quality which is sometimes lacking in other specialists.I must also mention that his medical secretary, Lynda, is exceptional.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in June 2017 ;i had a choice to see 2 MS specialists at BMI PRIORY and i picked Prof M Douglas . I have seen him twice and now see him on the nhs @ Guest hospital. Prof Douglas is very knowledgeable and calming to the nerves and he really takes care of small details. His MS nurse Tracy is very forthcoming also and they are taking care of me and my MS .. I would recommend Prof Douglas to anyone out there who is suffering from neurological symptoms

I was struggling with numerous symptoms for some years until I was referred to Dr M.Douglas who within the hour correctly diagnosed me with a tumour on my nervous system. Dr Douglas referred me for an MRI which confirmed his diagnosis after which he personally contacted the surgeon who could remove the tumour. The tumour has since been removed and I am recovering at home. I am very grateful to Dr Douglas for his professional and genuine care he showed towards to me.
