I would never recommend this practice to anyone, not even my worst enemy. When my daughter was 7 days old she was misdiagnosed with nasal congestion. Within an hour of seeing the doctor she stopped breathing and was rushed to hospital. She had meningitis. Soon as I could my children and I changed doctors. I started a NHS complaint but was still very distressed about it I couldn't follow it through. He only stayed at this practice because he went here as a child. Today my husband as been for an appointment and as been made to feel so uncomfortable. He went with 4 issues to talk about as he's been putting off going. He only told the doctor about 2 things and the 2 most serious things didn't get discussed because of how he was made to feel. I am truely disgusted and think its apaulingly.
