Extremely disappointed with this man, given the raving reviews previously left on this site. Mr. Asante himself was somewhat rude and abrasive, and it did not appear that he was giving me his full attention (at one point excusing himself to take a phone call in the middle of an appointment!)
It is nearly impossible to get in touch with him or his secretary, and in the end I was sent on a merry goose chase, between different hospitals and tests, none of which were conclusive or useful, with my pocket several hundred pounds lighter. It was only when I saw a different gastroenterologist did I have my issues resolved.
All in all, a very poor experience.
