Dr Ginks takes the time to listen. He explains the alternative solutions and medical procedures brilliantly and ensures understanding of the patient. I was worried and confused before being referred to Dr Ginks; he ensured all relevant tests were carried out and provided timely results and recommendations for the way forward. He cares! I can't recommend him highly enough.
