I saw Dr. Mueller after I had been contacted by Debbie Kenward as my name had come up on the computer as being in need of 'Care Planning'. I spoke to Debbie on the 'phone and made an appointment, although I really didn't think I was in need of anything like that. Dr. Mueller was equally surprised at my going for an appointment for this survey, and we had quite a laugh filling in the form, although it was a total waste of his time. We agreed that my name had probably come up because I had a very nasty fall earlier in the year, and attended Outpatients at Redhill several times. I was concerned at the waste of his time, and an appointment, and wondered if it would have been better if Debbie had gone into more detail with me before booking me in when it wasn't necessary, I assume that she could have accessed my details on the computer? This was my only criticism over what, generally, I would think is a very useful new Service.
