A wonderful Doctor who was completely in tune with my condition and took proactive action to arrange further treatment at Hospital. His appointments system though lets him down badly though.

When you say you are going to complete something do it!!! As you have not completed this matter but have taken payment for it's completion I am not only holding you responsible for the breach of my patient contract but more importantly breaching the contract with the life assurance company!

Mark saved my life over the phone in 1999 and since then I have found him 100% trustworthy and a very caring person and doctor. I was reluctant to move house until I found out that I could stay with the Bersted Green Practice even though there is a large medical centre almost next door to my new residence.
