I don't think I have ever attended a better consultation. My daughter and I were treated with great courtesy, questioned in depth and with sensitivity and clearly listened to.
The explanation of my heart condition and the positive, but realistic, attitude to what could be done about it were just superb.
And I've been invited back in just a week's time to see how things are going with the carefully introduced medication!
If you've got to visit hospital as a patient, things don't get better than that.
