This doctor (Dr. Mark Offer) is exceptional in every respect. He is a true gentleman and a highly skilled and respected specialist. During my consultation with him, he was all anyone could ever ask for. Yes definitely, one of the very best in the medical world.
I’ve tried to contact him this past year, having sent his secretary several emails, without receiving a response. All I had wanted to do, to thank him from the bottom of my heart for all he had done for me.
