I visited this doctor recently for an issue which I found embarrassing, so maybe I was feeling rather sensitive.
I was his first patient, but was more than 20 minutes late seeing him, even though I could hear him talking. He is a pleasant doctor, but he is very loud and I felt rather overpowered and that he was talking over me rather than listening.
I have to say that I found him to be somewhat disheveled too, which didn't fill me with confidence.
I have since seen another doctor, who I felt dealt with my problem far more appropriately.
