He listens and he cares. This makes me as a patient feel secure. A lovely fellow. Being unable to attend the surgery because of COVID 19, a telephone appointment was made for me and I really got the impression that he intended to get to the cause of my problem, very reassuring.

I visited this doctor recently for an issue which I found embarrassing, so maybe I was feeling rather sensitive. I was his first patient, but was more than 20 minutes late seeing him, even though I could hear him talking. He is a pleasant doctor, but he is very loud and I felt rather overpowered and that he was talking over me rather than listening. I have to say that I found him to be somewhat disheveled too, which didn't fill me with confidence. I have since seen another doctor, who I felt dealt with my problem far more appropriately.

This Doctor is very jovial, but I must admit I felt badgered to use the surgery pharmacy, which I believe he owns. I have no interest in his private enterprises and would rather give my business to the NHS pharmacies.
