Saw Dr Jenkins today for a biopsy. I was made to feel totally at ease right from the start, and everything was clearly explained to me as it happened.
The whole experience alleviated any concerns or stress I had over the procedure, and left me feeling that whatever the outcome is, I have been in good hands.
