It was my 1st appointment Dr Jenkins he immediately put me at ease by facing me and listening and explaining things to me ....
I noted he did not keep looking at screen which was such a positive approach. We discussed medication and about mole on my neck I was reassured there was no need to get anxious Dr Jenkins asked me to make appointment with receptionist for removal .
I was so happy on leaving the surgery.
