Dr Mark Jenkins was very thorough with checking my newborn baby. He took his time and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. He put me completely at ease.
I am not a fan of the new booking system. Although it’s great to not be in a long phone queue, you fill out the form and don’t know when you are going to hear back. An appointment could be given at any time, which means you feel you can’t stray far from the area. I received an email saying Dr Jenkins could see me immediately, and luckily I was at home, but I could’ve been anywhere. It would be useful to somehow have options and a conversation.
The practice are managing very well with social distancing. Masks are being worn and the waiting area is never busy.
