Dr Garside put me at my ease, explaining clearly and concisely the attributes of the condition from which I was suffering. He answered all my questions with clear statements, cutting through any jargon. He was also reassuring where necessary, though not at the expense of describing the negative aspects of the condition.
I came away from the consultation with a significantly increased understanding of what had happened to me and how it was going to be treated. I was very impressed with the treatment that I received from Dr Garside and from the hospital as a whole.
I honestly do not think that Dr Garside could have given me a better experience - he was also very concerned to address my wife's questions, as she was accompanying me during the consultation. I would rate the entire experience as excellent!
