Compassionate. Showed empathy and a genuine commitment to truly support me. Listened attentively to fully understand whilst answering all my questions and followed these up with reassurance. Afforded me the necessary time in an efficient manner without any sense of time-pressure.
Dr. Sanchez was entirely knowledgeable, professional and earned my total respect and trust as she had a clear insight of my condition, which gave me confidence. It was evident that she had fully read my notes before meeting with me. Additionally, she was personable and welcoming, which rendered me totally at ease throughout the consultation despite me suffering chronic anxiety.
Action taken to send prescription to pharmacy was immediate. Follow up of review of diabetes medication was timely and advised to me by e-mail promptly.
A hugely positive experience with a most caring professional.
