Dr Stobinsky failed to engage with his patient, my son, who has cerebral palsy. His manner was dismissive and almost exasperated when asked questions. My recommendations would be to remember to actually see the patient in front of you and not just a collection of symptoms. Some empathy training would not go amiss. His attitude comes off as ableist.
