I was referred to Malcolm Finlay by my consultant. It was arranged that the consultation would be by telephone. Mr Finlay's telephone was on time, he introduced himself and immediately l was put at ease.
The consultation was very informative, he explained everything so you could understand what you were being told. All my question were answered and he was very reassuring. At the end of the consultation he said if l thought of any further questions l could contact his secretary and he would get back to me.
I cannot think that there could be any further improvement.
