Dr Bansal saw my elderly mother, who has dementia, following a suspected TIA. He was very patient and kind with her, and explained what had happened very clearly. The clinic as a whole was excellent, and and the nurses took extra steps to ensure my mother’s visit was as short as possible to minimise stress for her.
