Absolutely disgraceful. All she cared about was handing me off and getting to her next patient. From the information I gave her she took that then repeated it to me as if she had come up with this herself which I and my doctor had already told her prior to this. She didn't follow the instructions my doctor gave which was the reason I was there in the first place and handed me back to my doctor to go through the exact same thing I have been discussing for the past 3 years. Diabolical.
