Dr.Lyn Jones was very welcoming with a reassuringly firm handshake and lovely smile which completely put me at ease. She explained exactly what could and couldn't be achieved which meant I had no false expectations and ultimately this has meant I am very happy with the end result. I looked her up on the Internet and I chose her because of her qualifications and experience. She has a lovely manner and gentle touch. I do not think she needs to change anything!
