I am extremely impressed by the treatment I have received for varicose veins from Dr Jones. I have been to two other doctors before to try to get my veins treated but my concerns were not taken seriously. I was told they were not bad enough to be worth treating or that they couldn't be treated again as I'd previously had surgery on them. I was told to use make up to cover them up or just to "accept them". Dr Jones understood they were making me unhappy and she carried out a thorough examination, to ensure they were treatable. It turns out they definitely were! The results are excellent and Dr Jones and the nurse who attended me were very friendly and reassuring, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. Brilliant.
