Wonderful personality and manner, making you feel completely at ease from the beginning. It may seem odd to say, given the need to have the procedure, that I very much enjoyed the whole experience. Dr Jones is a remarkable, warm, caring person and a credit to the medical professional, epitomising all that's best in medicine. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received and the outstanding results. John Jamieson.
