Unfortunately my consultants letter was miss read by this GP resulting in wrong medication being prescribed. Not realising this until I got home... this meant returning to the surgery for this to be sorted out. It was dealt with fairly promptly but it meant that the medication wrongly prescribed had to be disposed off as it had left the building.... wastage that could have been avoided.

It is reassuring to be able to feel implicit trust in a GP and I do with Dr Eschle. He explained the treatment carefully, making good eye contact to ensure patient understanding and worked seamlessly with the nurse practitioner to keep notes and treatment details logged. Very reassuring - thank you.
