Unfortunately Dr Ward has believed it as an acceptable form of treatment to download various mobile apps, YouTube videos and even on one occasion suggested a podcast as a form of treatment.
I find she lacks empathy, and is very patronising and dismissive. I appreciate the constraints of the NHS but she really does herself and the GP surgery a disservice with he patient manner. Its almost as if she has given up and perhaps lost her passion as GP.
Perhaps she means well.... but i have had several appointments with her and been unhappy and had to seek second opinions so unfortunately i cant recommend her services
