Shocking telephone consultation with one of the rudest, most uncaring GP attitudes I have ever personally encountered in a medical setting.
Not wanting to divulge confidential medical details, suffice it to say that when I asked for his name at the end of the "consultation" he abruptly hang up the phone leaving me with no follow up and no other recourse but to change GP.
NB In my previous experience, other Doctors at Lonsdale Medical Centre are NOT like Dr David, and, in the past, I have received an excellent service there.
