She was the Head GP when I was there. We worked out a plan to switch from an SNRI to a new SSRI anti-depressant; I was to "stop" the SNRI in 6 days. I said, "What then?" She said, "Don't worry, I will call you Monday (4 days)". She said that three times during that phone appointment: "I will call you Monday". She never called on Monday, she never called on Tuesday, she never called on Wednesday. I left messages on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. The SNRI I'd been taking is VERY dangerous to just stop, without starting something else. So on Weds I had to start taking another SNRI I already had at home. In fact, Dr. Marshall-Andrews did not phone me for TWELVE DAYS instead of her promised FOUR. No explanation, no apology for leaving me in a terrible state (which she was WELL aware of), with no new medication to start, no new prescription, no new advice... NOTHING. That was the LAST time I trusted her.

A caring doctor who is excellent at dealing with HIV related issues. Highly recommended. Currently taking on new NHS patients.
