She treated me as a patient with a number of problems, rather than just looking at one of these health problems. I am 76 and she did not patronise me as "an old woman," she also has challenged me to get my sugars and blood pressure under control. Previous doctors would mention these but never follow up. She texts or emails me. For the first time in years I feel as though I have a professional who cares about me, their patient.0
