Dr Kunal Chawathey is simply an excellent GP and I am sorry to have to leave Birmingham for fear that I will not find such a good GP anywhere else! He is an extremely supportive and caring doctor who listens and explains everything excellently, giving fantastic care, guidance and advice. He makes his patients feel at ease, and you can discuss even sensitive issues with him easily; which I believe is truly the mark of an outstanding doctor.
Dr Chawathey helped me through a sustained period of migraines, checking on my health regularly and monitoring improvements, etc. What always astounded me was how personalised his care was; he never forgot who you were or what the issues were, despite long gaps between visits and seeing an incredible number of people everyday.
I would like to thank Dr Chawathey for his commitment to his profession and his kindness in helping me through a period of ill health. I hope that London will be able to offer me at least a fraction of such good care! Thank you.
