Dr. Kumari Manickasamy did not listen to any of my (serious)symptoms that I told her I was experiencing and simply told me to go to my local GP, who owed me a duty of care. When I reminded Dr. Manickasamy that she also owes patients the same duty of care, she responded "that is complicated". This kind of passing the buck is not what I would expect from a qualified medical practitioner.

I had a blocked ear for several days and Dr Manickasamy was quite dismissive (albeit in a friendly way). I went back a few days later to see another doctor (Dr Hill) and he said I had an ear infection which has now resulted in permanent tinnitus in my right ear. I firmly believe this is because Dr Manickasamy was felt there was nothing wrong when clearly there was.
