Dear Dr Kosta,
Thank you very much for the report of my echo. I really appreciate the speed with which you completed it and I will share it with my doctor this morning. It’s not very often that I receive a letter from a doctor after midnight and you must have worked very hard to get it done. I want you to know that you have impressed me greatly both with your diligence and the quality of your work. I will certainly recommend you if anyone I know who needs similar services
