Dr Kosta was excellant right from the start. He was so good at understanding my issues and helping me stay cam throughout what naturally is a nerve racking experience. A clear exemplary professional with a sense of humour also. Dr Kosta even sent my result late into the evening, showing his commitment to his customers but equally commitment to care. Dr Kosta also gave me a free pen as it was my birthday. Thanks Dr Kosta, you deserve every five star review you receive
