I would like to thank Dr Grosser so very much for his care and understanding earlier today when my son and I met him at Benenden. We were both very anxious and upset but both him and his nurse put our minds at ease.
He gave us so much time to explain the way forward and we were not rushed at all. In fact he made time to see us again this morning to go over more questions in between his patients.
So very grateful / thank you
