I was admitted (Wed 14/11/2018) via A & E at the William Harvey Hospital direct to an Operating/X-ray suite within thirty minutes of arrival following a heart attack on the M20.
Dr Grosser introduced himself and immediately put me at ease. He briefly described the problems I was experiencing and said I would require a stent fitting in an artery that was blocked with a blood clot. Throughout the operation he informed me about every aspect of my problem. A second stent was fitted prior to my transfer to the CCU for observation. At no time did I feel unsure about what was being done and I felt 100% sure I was receiving first class care. Dr Grosser is a credit to his profession and I have him to thank for my chance of a full recovery. Charles Gordon Collier.
