Dr Grosser is an excellent doctor, having just had a second stent fitted I was totally put at ease by his explanation of what he was going to do, I was attending the Cardiac Catheter department at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford for an angioplasty to be carried out by Dr Grosser, as the procedure was finishing he advised me that he had found one of my arteries to be significantly narrowed, he gave me the option for him to insert a stent while we there, as he put "you're here i'm here so why not" it save me from having to attend at a later date to have the stent fitted and also saved the NHS time and money for a second visit for something that could be dealt with then.
William Harvey Cardiac department is an excellent facility and a credit to our fantastic NHS, thank you.
