To be suddenly diagnosed with a heart condition after many years of generally good health causes great anxiety. Dr Grosser's calm very focused manner was very reassuring; he asked a lot of questions, not making me feel "interrogated", rather that he was intent on getting to the core issues. At the same time he was a good listener, and we even had a few minutes of general conversation at the end of our time together.
I am particularly grateful for his arranging an early appointment in his busy schedule and the promptness of his communicating with my GP.
