Dr Grosser listened carefully to the problem and after asking pertinent questions and checking recent medical procedures gave not only great advice on how to improve our problem but ensured we understood and felt in control of the situation. He was very engaging, reassuring, very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
