Totally lacking in empathy, poor listening skills and generally very impatient.
Some bad judgement and decision making in my experience, because he would not listen to the full account of my experience. I was unable to speak to him to discuss, despite repeated attempts, over the phone and written, so I had to liase via his staff. Even the physios disagreed with his decision.
I do not believe he has the fullest evidence based information out there for some conditions and not enough experience with specialist pain conditions
