A friendly welcome and introduction followed by a thorough discussion and examination of my symptoms and treatment options. Appropriate treatment was given during the appointment and the follow-up letter to my GP was prompt and thorough. I was very happy with my first visit to Dr Ward and would recommend her to others seeking dermatology advice and treatment.
