Since meeting Dr Katy Briffa she has been amazing with me from going through my absolute lows to slowly progressing. Since been put on medication which she thought would be beneficial for me I decided to take it and I have improved so much from taking it with my anxiety I feel a lot calmer than what I did a few months ago.I also feel comfortable and safe talking with her and I can trust her which is a massive deal for me anyway. She has explained things and educated me with what I never thought existed or was unexplained about myself. Which has made me learn a great deal. Dr Katy Briffa never gave up on me either. So thank you so much for all your help so far. To anyone that has her in the future your in safe hands and will feel comfortable talking with her and opening up. Dr Katy Briffa thanks again.
