Katy has been nothing but first class from the time I met her. She has a relaxed yet caring and professional demeanour, she has an ability to build an instant rapport and put her patients (me in this case) at ease. She explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand even though my case was complex. I can not thank her enough for what she has done for me and would, without any reservations, highly recommend her.
