I was under the care of Dr Briffa as my Consultant Psychiatrist for over 12 months during an extremely challenging period of my life, struggling to overcome a severe substance abuse disorder. Every step of the way Dr Briffa showed unwavering and compassionate support, doing everything which she could to help. She listened, was thoughtful, non-judgemental, kind, and always included me in all discussions and decision-making regarding my care. I have now recovered well from the darkest period of my life. Dr Briffa's help was key to me making a successful recovery. I recommend her to be your doctor without hesitation!
