Dr Musarrat has a very calm, reassuring demeanour. He listened carefully, and took time to explain exactly what tests were to be carried out, what they were for and how they would help determine a diagnosis.
After the test were completed, he went through the findings, answered all the questions I asked and carefully explained the treatment and strategies to help for the future. He also typed up useful notes during our meeting which I took away with me.
Dr Musarrat made what could have been a very stressful experience far more bearable.
