Took great care in understanding the precise details of the symptoms I had experienced and in probing the history of related problems and treatments offered. A series of tests were conducted and he explained clearly the results which followed. Though he was obviously the medical expert he always made me feel an equal in the conversations we shared and that my thoughts were listened to and valued. Medication was changed with clear reasons given. At the end of the day I felt more confident than ever before that my problems had been understood and effective treatment offered.
