I found her very unsympathetic, and didn’t want to listen to me as a parent. My child is not a usual presentation and looks well however her inflammation levels are high. There’s been no monitoring of her condition and now she’s in full flare. As she said we don’t test it’s up to the patient to tell us. How is one supposed to know what are the symptoms. We’ve not seen her just emails. Such a shame as we had such a caring kind through paediatrician. Who listened and was sympathetic and did regular blow and stools sample to check how she was. So very disappointed. .

I was in hospital 6 months ago I complained about numbness in lower feet and arm to de Karen yearsley saying I thought it was ostiomylitis with no avail????

This doctor took great care and made me feel comfortable when having an endoscopy, taking deep breathes I never felt a thing and afterwards I asked some questions which she kindly gave some advise to

If you are a patient of this Consultant you will know how marvellous she is. Quite often you will get parents and relatives speaking for the patient when they are more than capable of speaking for themselves. I do think it’s the same person leaving negative comments for Dr Yearsley and they obviously have no understanding of the NHS service. I am one of her patients and have received exceptional care from her. She is a true professional and always puts her patients first.

I have never met a more committed and dedicated doctor who focus is totally on her patients. Very helpful and informative.
