I was told by this doctor that I will be seeing a doctor on Saturday when I turned up for my appointment. I actually saw a nurse which I knew there wasn’t any infection. The doctor on this occasion said that I would be seeing a doctor not a nurse I am still in a lot of pain and it is not changed my circumstances so I would actually like to have seen the doctor to try and get this sorted out. I’m not happy with the outcome of this at all as I am in a lot of pain

Had read my notes, knew what they were talking about. Clear speaking, advised what to do in the meantime, before seeing a doctor on Saturday, not rushing me, listened, very polite as a joy to talk to.

Honestly best doctor I have talked to ever, took each one of my problems and allowed me to talk about them together, which most GP's hate and then set in a plan for next steps. It makes me feel less isolated in my health, I was really starting to give up on my health getting better. I hope I finally figure out what is going on. The only possible improvement I could offer is making sure others get the same amount of care I was given, as I know many are not lucky enough. I am very grateful even if it was for a short time to feel like someone cared about my health.
