Dr Porter was kind and caring and took the time to listen and reassure me. She understood the wider context of the appointment. She explained well what she saw and what I could do to help. Very comforting ( especially since I know she had been working with emergencies all day and still had a long task list once I left in the early evening )

Dr Porter is personable, thorough and helpful. I felt listened to, she checked the past appointment to make sure everything was covered. She also made sure that my children were comfortable and allowed to wander the room safely, making them less likely to fuss making the appointment much more manageable.
