We had consultations regarding our toddler with Dr Dixit on Zoom and then in person.
In both he asked detailed questions, listened to our responses and provided suitably detailed responses, providing reassurance where possible. He managed the in-person consultation very well, completing all of the required physical examinations despite the challenges of PPE etc. and explaining what he was doing, and why, throughout.
The consultation was concluded with as a clear a diagnosis as was possible, and very clear next steps/actions for us and our daughter.
