After what seemed to be a very long time, waiting for news, Dr Hogrefe came and spoke to us for a good 20 minutes, explaining everything that had been done for my father that day, speaking in a professional manner, yet in a way that was clear for us to understand. It was very refreshing to speak to someone in his position, who took the time to make sure we were aware of exactly what was going on and who didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. We felt very reassured by his knowledge and manner. The world needs more Dr Hogrefes!
