The staff at the practice are always polite but like most practices they appear to have a difficult time allocating appointments, when a request is made to see a particular GP. However some attempt to overcome this appears to be that they will ask if you are willing to speak to the GP via a phone call and then a assessment can be made as to whether advice can be given over the phone or a appointment is required. I feel this is better than taking up a emergency appointment. However if a non urgent appointment is required it may still be a few weeks hence.
