Dr Smith removed a couple of seborrheic keratosis skin growths from my head recently in her minor ops clinic. She advised me of what she thought the growths might be and explained that the tissue from each would be sent to hospital for confirmation or other. Dr Smith explained the procedure carefully throughout. I found the whole experience, from booking an appointment to leaving the surgery, very efficient and stress free. Brilliant service.

Entirely unsympathetic to my partner's condition. Used terms that are very degrading (and outdated) about my partner's illness. Poor bedside manner. Left us with no support of how to manage condition.

Julia is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, she is an active and careful listener, she asks relevant questions and was lovely with my son today , speaking to both him and myself, the consultation was unhurried and I feel confident that we both received the correct diagnosis, the right treatment and a great amount of care and attention.
